Bunty aur Babli

Shaad Ali's directorial venture starring Abhishek Bachhan and Rani Mukherjee, had several scenes shot in Kanpur. The scene where Rani tries to enter Miss India Competition but gets late, was shot at the Harcourt Butler Technological Institute(HBTI), the engineering college and the scene where Rani and Abhishek reach Kanpur was shot at Kanpur Central Railway Station.
